Menu:
Choice of:  Lobster Bisque(with shrimp & touch of sherry) 
or Field Greens Salad (with gorgonzola cheese, pine nuts, roma tomatoes & balsamic dressing). 
Choice of:    Crab Cakes w/seasoned vegetables ( lump crab & shrimp with roasted vegetable & creamy horseradish).
Chicken "Under Glass" (boneless chicken breast, grilled & pressed under a brick, served with Marsala mushroom sauce).
Pasta Carbonara (hand rolled penne pasta, tossed with garlic, wood-grilled chicken, bacon, parmesan romano cheeses,
spinach & alfredo sauce. 
Choice of:  Mike's famous Cheesecake (rich & creamy  cheesecake with raspberry sauce & anglaise creme).
Milk Chocolate Caramel Cake (a decadent chocolate cake, layered with milk chocolate ganache, caramel &
rich chocolate frosting).
Meal also includes: House Sourdough Bread & Parmesan Flaxseed Crackers, & soft drinks, iced tea & coffee.
